Coronavirus (COVID-19) Travel Policy

Due to the ongoing concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, effective immediately Vanner is making the health and safety of our employees and their families a top priority.
Therefore, Vanner has put all business travel on hold at this time.

Effective immediately Vanner is also restricting visitors, including Vanner employee’s family members, to our facility. There will be no routine meetings scheduled with customers or suppliers until further notice.

If it is critical to meet for strategic or logistical reasons at Vanner or a customer’s location, we will first attempt to hold the meeting by Webinar, Skype, Go-To-Meeting, or another electronic medium.
Any face-to-face meeting deemed to be so urgent that is must be held during the no-travel period, requires approval of a Vanner Vice President, or President.

If you have any questions on this policy please contact your Vanner representative or Vanner Customer Care.
We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause, but the safety and health of your employees and ours is our primary concern at this time.

Stay safe, stay healthy. This too will pass.
