Vanner “introduced” at the NTEA AMD Associates Networking Reception and the FDIC Expo, LifeSine®, the latest power management technology for the Ambulances.
The introduction has created a significant amount of interest and calls to Vanner asking about pricing and availability. This announcement is a status and timeline to the LifeSine® production release.
LifeSine® (LSC12-1100) will eventually replace the LifeStar™ (20-1050CUL-DC). This will be a phase-in / phase-out as the market demands dictate. LifeSine® is the same footprint and bolt template as the LifeStar®, eliminating the need for OEMs to change the existing location or sheet metal drill templates to upgrade to the LifeSine®. LifeSine® is forward/backward compatible with the LifeStar™, allowing ambulance fleets to upgrade to LifeSine® if their loads change and sinewave is required.
Vanner’s 40+ year commitment to our ambulance partners is to provide rugged, reliable, and safe products. The LifeSine® power management technology is the latest product with this high standard of quality and performance. The LifeSine® has been in development and testing for over three years. We have just started our field pilot testing with the first 4 of 15 pilot systems installed the week of April 15, 2019. The remaining pilots will be installed before the end on May 2019.
We anticipate an Oct/Nov 2019 production release. For the first year the LifeSine® and LifeStar™ pricing will be identical. This will allow OEMs and fleets to choose either in upcoming builds without the need to adjust quotes or purchase orders.
